Committed Activists Key to BJP’s Inclusive Development Vision: Ashok Koul

Srinagar, March 26, 2026:
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today organized a training camp under its ongoing Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Maha Abhiyan in the Habakadal constituency of Srinagar, held at Munawarabad.
J&K BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul addressed the camp as the chief speaker. Among others present on the occasion were party spokesperson Manzoor Bhat, District President Srinagar Adv. Sheikh Salman, Constituency President Muneer Ahmed, District Vice-President Srinagar Dr. Ashok Koul, and District President Mahila Morcha Srinagar Sumira Mir.
Addressing the gathering, Koul underscored the importance of such training programmes in strengthening the ideological foundation of party workers and equipping them with the necessary skills to serve society effectively. He said BJP workers are not merely political activists but committed patriots dedicated to the welfare of all sections of society.
He emphasized that a strong organization, grounded in ideology and discipline, is essential for achieving the broader objective of nation-building.
Highlighting the philosophy of Deendayal Upadhyaya, Koul elaborated on the concept of ‘Antyodaya’—upliftment of the last person in the queue. He said this principle remains central to the BJP’s governance and organizational approach, ensuring that development reaches the most marginalized sections of society.
Koul further noted that Antyodaya fosters inclusive growth, social harmony, and economic justice, which are vital for building a strong and self-reliant India.
Reiterating the party’s long-term vision, he said the BJP aims to build an India free from poverty, corruption, and social evils by 2047, marking 100 years of independence. He asserted that this goal can be achieved through the sustained efforts of dedicated and well-trained party workers at the grassroots level.
