Leh, Dec 7: Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta today extended a warm welcome to Hon’ble Defence Minister Rajnath Singh upon his arrival in Leh. The Defence Minister is scheduled to review security preparations and hold a series of high-level meetings with civil and military officials during his visit.
