Ramban:28/03/2024: In continuation of drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, a police team of Police Station Gool led by ASI Mohd Mukhtiyar Ahmed while on patrolling duty stopped one person namely Asif Iqbal S/o Mohd Rafiq Najar R/o Shurkundi Dalwah tehsil Gool District Ramban for checking. During checking 16 grams of heroin like substance was recovered from his procession .
In this regard, case FIR No.30/2024 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act got registered in PS Gool.The investigation of the case is going on to prove the backward and forward linkages.
The entire recovery was effected by police party under the command of *ASI Mukhtiyar Ahmed under guidance of Insp Sameer Ahmed SHO PS Gool under the supervision of Sh Nihar Ranjan JKPS SDPO Gool,Sh.Gourav Mahajan JKPS Adl.SP Ramban with the overall supervision of SSP Ramban Sh. Anuj Kumar IPS.*
