J&K Bharatiya Janata Party General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul on Sunday chaired an important review meeting in Srinagar to assess the party’s performance in the recent Budgam bye-election and to strategise enhanced booth-level public outreach across Kashmir.
During the meeting, Koul underlined the need to intensify grassroots engagement, consolidate organisational structure, and ensure that the benefits of government welfare schemes reach every eligible household. He emphasised that sustained connect with people at the booth level remains central to the party’s vision for strengthening its presence across the Valley.
The meeting was attended by J&K BJP General Secretary Mohd. Anwar Khan, J&K Waqf Board Chairperson Dr. Darakhshan Andrabi, and J&K BJP Secretaries Mudasir Wani and Arif Raja, who shared insights on constituency-level feedback and ongoing public outreach initiatives.
The leadership reiterated its commitment to expanding organisational effectiveness and deepening public trust through consistent, on-ground efforts.
