J&K BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul chaired an organizational meeting of the party’s Doda district unit, led by District President Babu Ram Sharma, at the Party Office in Doda.
District Prabhari Pawan Sharma and MLA Shakti Raj Parihar also addressed the gathering, which was attended by senior district leaders.
In his address, Ashok Koul underscored the need to further strengthen the organization through sustained ground-level activity and direct public engagement. He noted that the BJP’s greatest strength lies in its disciplined cadre and their unwavering commitment to addressing people’s issues.
Koul stressed that the coming months must see increased Pravas by senior leaders, ensuring regular visits to every mandal, booth, and village. He urged party leaders to enhance their visibility, accessibility, and accountability, emphasizing that personal contact with workers and citizens forms the backbone of the organization. He also instructed district units to scale up field-level programmes so that every initiative reaches the last worker and every household.
Reviewing ongoing organizational activities—especially those focused on booth reinforcement and direct interaction with the public—Koul called for renewed emphasis on government welfare schemes and national initiatives. He asked leaders to intensify outreach on AatmaNirbhar Bharat, encouraging people to support local products and promote village-level entrepreneurship.
Koul also assessed the progress of programmes being held as part of the 150 Years of Vande Mataram and the commemoration of 150 Years of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, urging the cadre to observe these events with full dedication at the booth level.
Pawan Sharma emphasized the need for greater speed and improved coordination to strengthen the party’s presence in every panchayat. He highlighted the importance of disciplined reporting, regular worker interactions, and effective political communication.
MLA Shakti Raj Parihar spoke about the role of elected representatives in linking governance with organizational objectives. He said BJP leaders must remain proactive in resolving public issues and ensuring the on-ground delivery of welfare schemes.
District President Babu Ram Sharma reaffirmed full commitment to implementing all party programmes, strengthening booth structures, and expanding outreach across every part of Doda.
