DIPR Bids Farewell to Shreya Singhal, Acknowledges Her Contributions to Public Outreach

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 12: The Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Jammu and Kashmir, on Monday accorded a farewell to Shreya Singhal, the outgoing Director Information, on her transfer as Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, acknowledging her contributions, professional commitment and leadership during her tenure. The farewell gathering was attended by Director Information Mamta Yadav; Joint Director Information (Headquarters) Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Raina; Joint Director Information Kashmir Syed Shahnawaz Bukhari; Deputy Director Information (PR/AV) Javid Ahmad Rather; Deputy Director Information (PR) Kashmir Mohammad Rafiq Zullah; Deputy Director Information (Headquarters) Kashmir Zubair Ahmad Lattoo; and other officers and officials of the department. The officers and officials appreciated Singhal’s administrative capabilities and dedicated efforts towards strengthening the department’s information dissemination mechanism and enhancing its public outreach initiatives. They also highlighted her encouraging leadership, approachable demeanour and emphasis on teamwork, coordination and accountability. Her role in fostering a positive working environment and motivating staff to maintain high standards of public service and professional integrity was also acknowledged.
