DY CM met several delegations in Srinagar Assured all their genuine issues would be looked into on priority



SRINAGAR, MAY 19, ANB: Several delegations and individuals today called on Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary at Civil Secretariat Srinagar and projected their issues and demands.

According to News Service, Associated News Bureau, ANB,A delegation of people from Seer, Jagir and other villages led by MLA Sopore Irshad Rasool Kar met DyCM and raised the issue of illegal sand mining in Sopore.

The Dy CM assured them of firm and immediate measures to address the issue.

A delegation of J&K Contractor Coordination Committee also met DyCM and apprised him of various issues and difficulties faced by them.

Another delegation of Assistant Engineers from PWD (R&B) department also put forward their issues regarding seniority list and promotion which is long due.

Choudhary, while listening to their demands assured prompt redressal of genuine issues / grievances.

Many individuals from all walks of society met DyCM and apprised him of various issues being faced by them which were mainly pertaining to roads, water scarcity, irregular power supply, transfers, road connectivity etc.

The DyCM gave a patient hearing to the individuals and assured that all their genuine issues would be looked into on priority.

He stresses on seamless service delivery to the general public across all Govt offices.

DyCM observed that the Government is working on many fronts for equitable development of all the regions of the J&K. He assured that the genuine issues will be taken up for consideration and early redressal. ANB
