The J&K Police Handball Team clinched the 11th UT Jammu and Kashmir Handball Championship after defeating Jammu by a close margin of 23–21 in a thrilling final match.
The closely contested encounter saw both teams displaying high levels of skill and competitiveness, with J&K Police holding their nerve in the decisive moments to secure the title.
Shri Anand Jain, IPS, Additional Director General (Armed), J&K Police, congratulated the players and the coaching staff for their outstanding performance and dedication. He lauded the team’s commitment and discipline, stating that the victory reflects the high standards of sportsmanship and teamwork within the force.
