Srinagar, November 5, 2025 — Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today delivered the keynote address at the Vishwagram International Symposium held at SKICC, Srinagar.
Speaking on the occasion, the Lt Governor shared a new vision for a rising Jammu and Kashmir that is peaceful, fear-free, prosperous, united, and where every citizen is empowered and benefits from India’s rapid progress.
He emphasized the administration’s strong resolve to dismantle the terror ecosystem and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to peace, justice, and equity in the Union Territory.
Highlighting the ongoing transformation in Jammu and Kashmir, the Lt Governor said that the government is determined to strengthen socio-economic development and turn the dreams of the youth into reality.
The event witnessed participation from scholars, policymakers, and delegates from across India and abroad, reflecting the spirit of collaboration and progress that defines the new Jammu and Kashmir.
