NEW DELHI, AUGUST 6: ANB : Senior BJP leader and Member of Parliament Ravi Shankar Prasad on Thursday accused the Congress of deliberately disrupting the proceedings of Parliament while alleging that the party was attempting to spread a "false narrative" regarding Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Speaking to reporters on the Parliament premises, Prasad said the Home Minister has been regularly attending his Parliament office from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the ongoing session and is fully prepared to respond to all issues once the House resumes normal functioning. He alleged that the Opposition's continued disruptions were preventing meaningful debate in Parliament and maintained that the government was ready to address every issue raised by members after normal proceedings are restored. Prasad reiterated that the allegations being made against the Home Minister were baseless and asserted that the government remains committed to parliamentary discussion and accountability. ANB
