Air Chief Marshal AP Singh Reviews Operational Preparedness in Northern Command Theatre
UDHAMPUR, SEPTEMBER 23: Chief of the Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, PVSM, AVSM, visited the strategically significant Northern Command theatre on Wednesday to review the prevailing operational environment and preparedness of the armed forces.
During the visit, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh was briefed by Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, at Headquarters Northern Command on key operational dynamics and ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening inter-service synergy for the effective conduct of multi-domain operations.
The Chief of the Air Staff expressed confidence in the operational capabilities of the forces and highlighted the close coordination and jointness demonstrated between Western Air Command and Northern Command at various levels, from the strategic to the tactical.
He commended the personnel of both formations for their professionalism, commitment and dedication towards safeguarding national interests.
