In a compassionate outreach to victims of recent shelling incidents along the border districts of Jammu, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo yesterday visited the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu to personally assess the condition of the injured.
Displaying deep solidarity, Dulloo went bed to bed, interacting with each patient and offering words of comfort. His visit extended to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he checked on the two critically injured individuals, emphasizing the importance of optimal treatment.

He reassured the injured and their families that the government stands resolutely by their side during this challenging period.
