Minga Sherpa Assumes Charge as Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Reviews Administrative Functioning

JAMMU, OCTOBER 13: Minga Sherpa on Tuesday assumed charge as Deputy Commissioner of Jammu and reviewed the functioning of the district administration. Soon after taking charge, Sherpa inspected various sections of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office complex and assessed their functioning. He emphasised the importance of punctuality, discipline and responsiveness in public dealings. Later, he interacted with officers of the district administration and reviewed the overall administrative setup, including key sectors, ongoing developmental activities and public service delivery initiatives. The Deputy Commissioner directed the officers to work in close coordination to ensure the effective and timely delivery of public services. He stressed the need for a disciplined and responsive administrative approach to address public concerns and improve service delivery across the district. ANB
