Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, today inaugurated the ‘Bharat Sanrachna J&K 2025’ exhibition and public outreach initiative in Srinagar, aimed at raising awareness about various government schemes, welfare programmes, and highlighting innovation-led and technology-driven development across multiple sectors.
Speaking on the occasion, LG Sinha said the exhibition is a vibrant representation of Viksit Bharat’s vision and the government’s commitment to inclusive development, particularly in regions like Jammu & Kashmir. “This initiative not only educates citizens about the transformative welfare policies but also showcases how innovation and technology are empowering communities across the Union Territory,” he stated.
Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Shri Gulam Ali Khatana, was also present at the event. He lauded the efforts of the administration in taking development to the grassroots and appreciated the inclusive and forward-looking approach of the exhibition.
The multi-sectoral exhibition is set to run from July 10 to July 12 and will feature participation from various departments, startups, and innovators, offering the public a closer look at the strides made in infrastructure, health, education, agriculture, digital services, and more.
The initiative is part of a broader push to strengthen citizen engagement and promote awareness of the Centre’s developmental agenda for Jammu & ANB
