SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 23: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday paid tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh on his birth anniversary, recalling his contributions as a statesman and progressive thinker. In a message, the Lieutenant Governor said Maharaja Hari Singh introduced far-reaching reforms aimed at the welfare and empowerment of the people.
